Extremely warm and hospitable staff! I took my little ones into Robb Francis Sports Cars because we were picking up party favors for a bridal shower next door and the kids were fascinated by the cars. Not only were they very welcoming to my kids but even let them sit behind the wheels of some very expensive cars and spent a good amount of time with them explaining what all the buttons do and how the cars work which made their days. Thanks very much to the staff at Robb Francis Sports Cars for their amazingly warm hospitality and for putting up with my two toddlers.
Robb Francis Dealership is an all encompassing experience; that offers a wide variety of services. While I was shopping for a potential second car with with my point sales man, Andrew; I had Aaron detail my Porsche Cayenne 2016. Aaron quickly removed a difficult stain off my windshield, that other shops could not remove. He was extremely professional and finished in a timely fashion. My car looks brand new like out of the showroom door. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
Exquisite selection of very unique cars. The staff there is truly accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure you walk out of the door with all your questions answered. I stopped by without an appointment to see if I can look at a special edition Corvette that caught my eye on Car & Driver a few years back, and turns out there was one for sale in New Jersey on my commute to work. I stopped in and was immediately welcomed by a young gentleman who knew everything about the car. Although I am looking to get out of a C6 Z06 currently, I will surely be back once that car is gone to replace it from Robb Francis Sports Cars. Very pleased with my experience and am eager to return.
I purchased a car from Rob Francis in November 2017 and found the experience to be 1st class. The moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome whether you are browsing or looking at a specific car. Their facility is well laid out and all their staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I do single out Andrew as being particularly helpful and he was my main contact during my purchase. I was offered to take the car for a test drive and to take as much time as I needed to inspect the car. They are upfront about what services they provide and offer suggestions for local shops who can help with maintenance that could be beyond your skills (well mine anyway!). No hidden fees, no "bs", all in all a fantastic experience and I love my car!!! If I am lucky enough I will use these guys again in a heartbeat. It's how business should be done.
Amazing cars at any given time, phenomenal staff, facility, and customer service. The staff is extremely warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. I didn't even know about these guys until my cousin in Florida purchased a car from them, and boy am I glad he did. With a stellar inventory at any given time, I'm counting down the days until the spring to buy my next weekend car. They won my confidence the moment I walked through the door.
